Does a girl let 'tighter' if she doesn't have sex for a while?

I'm 22 and am moderately experienced. However, in the past 2 years I haven't really had sex (i did on a couple of occasions but the guy finished extremely early). I've just slept with a new guy for the first time who was large and i experienced pain! I haven't been a virgin since I was 17. Is this normal??
