PLEASE HELP.I need help finding out a song.?

I saw this BLACK AND WHITE music video a while ago in VH1.The whole time it shows a fair woman wearing a full length dark dress singing on top of her voice on top of a double decker bus(open on top) which is going through New york or London( I guess).She is and making wild gestures and moving and dancing the whole time.PLEASE HELP OUT PEOPLE!
