North Carolina talent agencies? Please answers! 10 points for best answer!?

Ok, I am looking for a North Carolina talent agency, that is legit/reputable. I've looked at a couple, and I would like to know also, is Wilhelmina-Evolution a scam? They seem like it, with using the name Wilhelmina, but they have signed a couple of celebrities. Brooklyn Decker, from "Just go with it", Coy Stewart (I think that's his last name....) from "Are we there yet" And Jessica Stroupe from "90210" (is that right?). Another agency I'm looking at is the Brock Agency. Is that one legitament?
