IF PEOPLE CONCENTRATED ON SPEEDING THERE WONT BE ACCIDENTS?

I criminal speed (20+ mph or 32kph over the speed limit) on a daily basis. I live far from everything, plus I enjoying going fast. Unfortunately driving here in the US is a right, not a privilege and licenses are given to everyone, from the distracted driver to the elderly with slow reaction times. The accident that totaled my first car was an older woman that was on prescription drugs and shouldn't have been on the road in the first place. That, and people text/ eat/ read/ talk on the phone/ yell at kids/ and more all the time.
