I need information about about an old Black & Decker Band Saw?

I bought an old second hand band saw a while a ago.The serial number is DN 330 T1. B&D do not hold any information as the tool is old. My problem is the band saw blade comes off the pulley. i have tried various adjustments but to no avail. (HELP)
