What is a good bicycle forum?

I'm looking for a forum with a good, responsive community. I'm a mountain biker and would like a focus on that but I'm also trying to get into building custom choppers and cruisers and that is what I'm primarily interested in. I want to be able to ask questions and get good responses about parts, techniques, etc.
