Kawasaki er6n again 2?

let me refrase my question to be a little more clearer i have a 2009 kawasaki er6n naked sport bike i bought it bran new as a left over last year i put mabe 40 miles on it last year i ride my cruiser more than the sportbike this year i plann on using the er6n to commute to work on due to great gas millage i noticed that as youre letting of the clutch the bike kinda shakes even when giving it a lot of gas it shakes more but once the clutch is fully released and moving the bike is smoothe is this normal the bike has only 109 miles on it so the clutch should be fine i have only drove cruisers before this this is my first high reving bike thanks.
