Copa America no Hernandez and Mexico will use a U-22 team?

This is very disappointing because Mexico has always made it past the group stage and been Runners up twice and gotten 3rd place on many occasions since they started to participate in 1993. Unfortunately they will basically be using a "D" team for the Copa America and might not even make it past the group stage for the first time ever... I honestly think if Mexico sent their Gold Cup squad they would have a shot at winning it..
