Am I psychic????????

I have awkward dreams on occasion and I have Deja vu at least twice a week and i have never experience ld the things, I have just seen them before, or I knew that they were going to happen...usually from a dream...Now I know people say that twins have telepathic-psychic connections, and I had a twin, but he died before he was born...maybe that has something to do with it??? Idk....but if this is a psychic thing, what can I do to improve my "gift" and use it to help people?
