How do i lose a stone easily?

i am 11 nd way 15 stone i relly need to lose weight and as sone as possible because people call me whale and tell me im bigger then two double decker buses put to gether they also say at least i dnt eat food for a living i am also relly tall if dat helps.....relly need help feel so self conshes i am a size 16-14 ;)
