Best friend being mean to me or just me?

here lately, there has been more occasions shes been mean towards me, like today me her and her cousin was going to get our belly pierced but her and her cousin went without me and did theres, only bragging about it afterwards not inviting me. She also hung up on me twice today. And replys to my texts with 'no' or 'yes' nothing else...also wont come to my house but goes to her friend christys, its rly hurt my feelings shes my only bestfriend ive known siince gradeschool, i kno its not pms, but its rly annoying me, awhile back at school she did me the same ditched me and ignored me for another friend, i tlked to her about it she apoligized, i told her im only forgiving her this once, wat would u do?
