2004 4runner V8..good for teenage guy?

Hello, I am looking into a new 4x4. I am a big fan of Toyota and really like the FJ Cruiser but that is well out of reach. I have also looked into other Toyota 4x4s and I have always like the Tacomas and 4runners. While looking for a Tacoma to get, I found a black 2004 4runner v8 with 94,000 miles on it.It's not the miles I'm worried about, I am well aware of the fact that Toyota makes the longest lasting vehicles. It is the size of the truck. Is it too big for a teenage guy?
